For one night only, Chefs Dickie Brennan, Susan Spicer, & Michel Nischan present a four-course dinner benefiting the Jacques Pépin Foundation. 

Be among the first to experience The Josephine—a stunning, newly-renovated landmark on oak-lined Napoleon Avenue. Set in the former Our Lady of Lourdes church, shuttered since Hurricane Katrina, this 90-year-old treasure now dazzles with its soaring domed ceiling, elegant dining room, and beautiful courtyard.

On this special night, Chefs Dickie Brennan & Susan Spicer with Michel Nischan reunite to recreate and reimagine a legendary 1993 Napa dinner they co-hosted with fellow New Orleans Chef Frank Brigsten—this time in honor of the Jacques Pépin Foundation.

The Evening

6–7 PM | Cocktail Hour – Co-hosted by our award-winning neighbors at CURE, recipient of the James Beard Award for “Outstanding Bar Program” and named among America’s Best Bars by Esquire and Food & Wine. Guests will enjoy a Gulf Oyster & Louisiana Caviar Bar, along with passed delights such as Crab Chops in White Ravigote and Beef Tartare.

7–10 PM | Four-Course Seated Dinner – A tribute to Louisiana’s finest flavors, prepared with world-class technique.
